Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar
We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for staff members
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Communicate with clients and vendors to coordinate meetings and resolve any issues
- Support other team members with various projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
