Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions of our company, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
- Manage the daily operations of the administrative department, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the organization
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred
This is a contract job with an attractive salary package of $1100 per month. The position requires immediate joining, so candidates who can join on short notice will be given preference.
