Administrative Assistant for Indian Expats in Dukhan
We are hiring an organized and efficient administrative assistant to support our team of Indian expats in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Hindi and/or English, and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team of Indian expats, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents
- Act as a liaison between the Indian expat team and local contacts
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the team
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and/or English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ for this position.

This position is located in Dukhan, Qatar.
