Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing and organizing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining supplies inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have previous experience in office administration or a related field. Additionally, fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking for entry-level administrative positions with a salary of 1500$. We welcome applicants from all African or Egyptian nationalities who are interested in working in Dubai. Visa and ticket expenses will be covered by the company. If you are a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this position as soon as possible.
