We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company with your excellent administrative and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage office expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan company events and meetings.
- Maintain confidential records and files accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
As this is a contract job, the selected candidate must have their own visa. We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
