Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for guests, the Concierge plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests during their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in the city
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
