Administrative Assistant - Al-Khor, Egypt
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a part-time position with accommodation provided and does not require English language skills or previous experience.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including handling correspondence, managing schedules and appointments, and assisting with various office tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively. A basic understanding of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks in the office
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of computer systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required
Salary: 1700$ per month
