Indian Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant located in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain high food quality standards, and ensure smooth functioning of all restaurant areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, operations, finances, and customer service.
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared to company standards.
- Train and develop team members to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Create schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs by minimizing waste.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
