Merchandiser - Dubai (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, developing marketing strategies, and monitoring inventory levels. Your main goal will be to increase sales by promoting our products effectively.

To excel in this role, you should have experience in retail merchandising and strong communication skills in English. A biometric passport is required for international travel to attend trade shows and conferences.

Responsibilities:
- Research market trends and consumer preferences to determine the most effective product placement
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and develop promotional strategies
- Create visually appealing displays that align with our brand image
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Communicate regularly with sales team to ensure proper product availability and placement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
- Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Willingness to travel internationally with a valid biometric passport
