We are looking for a person to join our team who will oversee the recruitment of new employees. You can work either in our office in Bergen, Norway, or remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Develop job profiles and candidate profiles.
• Select and connect recruitment sources, create texts for various channels, and post job ads.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates (for most positions, the assessment plan is already established).
• Effectively present the vacancy and the company to candidates.
• Support candidates until they start their new role.

Candidate Characteristics:

• Experience in Employment: Recruiters, HR specialists, and sales professionals from the field of international employment.
• B2B Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with international employers.
• Utilizes multiple recruitment sources (job boards, Telegram channels, social media, etc.).
• Analyzes recruitment quality.
• Experience or Desire to Develop: Experience in finding and recruiting qualified specialists or general workers is advantageous. We provide full training, but experience is welcomed.
