Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer for our company in Lusail, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Your main responsibility will be to analyze and improve the efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will use your technical skills and knowledge of Lean methodologies to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Your experience in project management and data analysis will also be essential in identifying areas for improvement and tracking the success of implemented changes. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate new production technologies and equipment, and make recommendations for their implementation. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be collaborating with various teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, fluent English proficiency, and a valid biometric passport.
