Hotel Manager for Indian Candidates in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving guest complaints
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent service to guests
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve the hotel's performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record of successfully managing a hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team
- Flexibility to work long hours as needed
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry
- Indian nationality preferred
