languages Executive Chef: Pakistani Cuisine
As an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant located in Dubai. Your main goal will be to maintain high-quality standards and deliver an authentic Pakistani dining experience to our guests. You will report directly to the restaurant owner and work closely with the management team to ensure the success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a menu that showcases traditional Pakistani dishes while incorporating modern techniques and flavors.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to food safety regulations.
- Work closely with vendors to source fresh ingredients at a competitive price.
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control, and menu pricing.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients in Pakistani cuisine.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of Pakistani culture, traditions, and authentic cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a high level of creativity in menu development.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
