Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will also be in charge of scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory and expenses, and handling customer complaints or issues.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with excellent leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in restaurant management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling shifts
- Ensure high-quality service and food standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and expenses
- Handle customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and feedback
Requirements:
