Administrative Assistant
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and handling correspondence. You will also be expected to maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, as well as handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are also essential for liaising with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, while experience with accounting software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters and other documents
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Develop administrative procedures to improve efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels as well as external clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus

Salary: 1800$
