Office Assistant (Indian Nationality, Female)
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an Indian national, you will be working with a diverse group of colleagues in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for women looking to advance their career in the field of administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality, preferably female
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: AED 1200 per month
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Benefits: Visa provided by company, annual flight ticket allowance.
