BUILDERS (HANDYMEN) WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE

City: Dubrovnik.

Salary: 900-1000 euros.

Work schedule:

- 06:00-16:00:

- 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

- Participation in earthworks and foundation works:

* digging ditches, preparing and leveling the site for pouring the foundation;

* preparation of the site for further construction processes, which requires high physical endurance and attention to detail;

- installation of scaffolding and temporary structures:

* assembly, installation and subsequent dismantling of scaffolding in compliance with all safety standards;

- installation and transportation of building materials:

* ensure uninterrupted delivery of building materials, such as bricks, cement, sand and rebar, to the desired sites;

- construction of walls and installation of structures:

* construction of walls and installation of frame structures of buildings;

* laying of bricks, blocks, installation of metal and wooden elements;

- participation in finishing and facing works:

* performing finishing and facing works. This may include putting putty, plastering, installing plasterboard structures, laying tiles, painting, and other tasks related to preparing the building for delivery;

- maintenance and maintenance of tools:

* proper use and maintenance of tools;

- Compliance with safety regulations:

* follow the established rules, wear protective helmets, workwear and shoes with reinforced socks;

* work areas should be clean and free of obstacles to minimize the risk of accidents;

- assistance to engineers and foremen:

* perform additional tasks such as measuring, transferring data, preparing materials, and other tasks.
