Sales Manager - Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market (preferably in Sharjah)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English is essential (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
