Restaurant Manager - Lusail, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)

We are a rapidly growing restaurant in Lusail seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Biometric passport is required for visa processing
