Hotel Manager for Luxury Resort in Doha, Qatar



We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff and budgets, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain high standards of customer service by responding promptly to guest concerns and feedback
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor departmental budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and packages to attract guests
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for goods and services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Doha, Qatar.
