Office Assistant in Dubai, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain filing system
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid residence visa for Dubai
Salary: 1700$ per month
