Restaurant Manager - Al-Malikiyah, Syria


A popular restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for cost savings measures
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness standards according to health regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. Syrian nationality preferred but not required.
