Sales Manager - Al-Malikiyah


We are hiring a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, and accommodation will be provided.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Train and motivate sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to travel if needed
