Executive Chef - Egyptian Cuisine (Seasonal)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, specializing in authentic Egyptian cuisine. This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus featuring traditional Egyptian dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new concepts and dishes
- Create special dishes for events and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, specializing in Egyptian cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Egyptian recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
