Administrative Assistant - Al-Khor, Egypt
Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare and edit documents and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with organizing events and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
$1400 per month
