Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, and providing support to the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer systems and software, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always stocked and in working condition
- Provide support to the team by scheduling meetings, arranging travel accommodations, and preparing reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance services
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Dar Kulaib (open to all nationalities)
