Radio Technician
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain
We are in search of a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing radio equipment for various communication systems. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas and other related devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with radio equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of all radio equipment.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on projects related to radio equipment installation and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in the field of radio communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of electronic principles and circuitry.
- Familiarity with different types of radio equipment such as HF, VHF/UHF radios, repeaters, etc.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
