Office Assistant (Contract)
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Isa Town. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain and update company records, including employee files and client information
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and payment processing
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1300 per month (with accommodation provided)
