Office Assistant (Malayalee) in Doha
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This position is suitable for Malayalees living in Doha with their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare monthly reports
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (English language skills preferred)
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
