Office Assistant for English Speaking Company in Sharjah
Our growing company is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an English speaking company, we are looking for a candidate who is proficient in both spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and we are specifically seeking candidates from Pakistan who have a biometric passport.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our office operations. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing schedules and appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining files, as well as assisting with data entry and record keeping.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be familiar with office management procedures. You should also have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this position.
