Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are in search of a highly motivated and energetic Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment. You must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have previous experience working in an office setting. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for office staff
- Keep the office area clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work full-time (5 days a week)
