Accountant for Indian Expat in Ajman
We are a company based in Ajman and we are seeking an experienced Accountant who is an Indian expat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank reconciliations and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy
- Handle tax-related tasks such as filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with local tax laws
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any financial issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation. This is a part-time position that may lead to full-time employment based on performance.
