A well-established retail company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business by managing the visual presentation and organization of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive and eye-catching displays to showcase our products
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Ensure products are priced accurately and displayed in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotional strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current industry trends and competitor activities
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable deals
- Train and mentor junior merchandising staff

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in merchandising displays
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Indian nationality preferred
