Sales Manager in El-Ain, Egypt


We are hiring a Sales Manager for our company located in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify potential opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring superior customer service
- Monitor and report on sales performance using data analysis tools
- Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Attend industry events to network and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (ideally 3+ years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel (if not already obtained, the company will cover the cost)
