Bank Teller


We are in need of a skilled Bank Teller to join our team in Al-Khor. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bank setting, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, providing account information to customers, and promoting bank products and services. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with cash handling and using banking software is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Follow bank procedures and regulations at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bank branch
- Keep up-to-date with new banking products and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a bank or similar setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with banking software is a plus
