Indian Restaurant Manager in Lusail
We are a well-established restaurant in Lusail and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, and accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
- Create weekly schedules for staff based on business needs.
- Oversee the budget, track expenses, and provide monthly reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
