Chef de Cuisine
We are searching for a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Doha. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure the freshest ingredients are always available
- Continuously research new cooking techniques, ingredients, and trends to bring innovation to our menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to create innovative menus that appeal to a wide variety of tastes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Experience working in international settings is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is desired
Salary: 1500$ monthly
Nationality preference: Pakistani
