Hotel Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets, and maintenance.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels.
- Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing a successful team.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets, and maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Doha, Qatar (Preference for Indian nationals)
