Part-time Administrator for Al-Malikiyah
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As the part-time administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing office tasks, and assisting with the coordination of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Assist with the coordination of projects by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking progress
- Manage office tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing office events
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative tasks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own visa or ability to obtain one is preferred
