Cashier - Muharraq
We are currently hiring for a skilled and reliable Cashier to join our growing team in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cash handling and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit payments, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions at the cash register
- Accept cash, credit, or debit payments from customers
- Count and verify money received during shift and reconcile with sales totals
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Ensure pricing accuracy by scanning or manually entering product prices
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, or store policies
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong math skills to count money accurately and make change for customers
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills to process transactions using electronic registers
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
