Seasonal Executive Chef in Muharraq
We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a seasonal basis in Muharraq. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality and efficient service. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to source the best ingredients and maintain food costs within budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, recipes, and culinary techniques
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience working in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of local cuisine and ingredients
Salary: 1200$ per month
