Part-Time Administrator in Manama
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Manama. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the administrative field while working part-time. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in administrative role is preferred but not required
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The expected salary for this role is 1000$ per month.
