Entry-Level Administrator
As an Entry-Level Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in Isa Town. This is a great opportunity for individuals without prior experience to gain valuable skills and experience in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Create and maintain electronic records and databases
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in administrative field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1300 per month
Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain (nationality/ location preference is not required)
