Office Assistant in Isa Town, Bahrain
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month and includes accommodation and a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
