Nurse Supervisor


As a Nurse Supervisor in our healthcare facility in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care. You will work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide guidance and support as needed. Your role will also involve managing schedules, evaluating staff performance, and assisting with recruitment and training of new nurses.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Valid nursing license in Dar Kulaib
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
- Provide guidance, support, and education to nursing staff regarding patient care techniques and protocols
- Assist with recruitment, training, and orientation of new nurses
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient functioning of the healthcare facility

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
