Office Assistant - Al-Wakra, Qatar (Malayalee preferred)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the office staff and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and order new ones when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office staff
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per month.
Location:
Al-Wakra, Qatar. Malayalee candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
