Office Assistant (Contract Position)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Filing and organizing documents
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
