Merchandiser - Retail City: El-Ain, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our retail team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit stores to ensure proper placement and display of products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Collaborate with store managers to create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our products
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Train retail staff on product features and benefits to improve sales skills
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and placement
- Assist with the development of marketing strategies to promote products in-store

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400 USD per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in El-Ain, Egypt. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Egypt.
