We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that products are effectively promoted to drive sales. Your main goal will be to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction through effective merchandising strategies. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement attractive product displays that align with company branding and marketing goals
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure products are always in stock
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotions and incentives to drive sales
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on data analysis
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
