Administrator - Sharjah, UAE
An established company in Sharjah is seeking an organized and efficient Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses
- Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE
